It’s called a running light. You just need to take off the front bumper and get to it. When you do that, change all the bulbs.

I believe they’re referred to as “city lights.”
One of mine burnt out, so I just unplugged both sides. Looks better without it IMO, and nobody has crashed into me yet so they must not be that important lol.

Lol, mine have been out for years. I just figured I’d replace them since I had a headlight out.
Looks to be the same as my 2016, in which case it’s a 168 nestled in near the hi beam. I replaced mine without taking the bumper off (used some combination of pliers and skinny fingers). The bulb is really only used when you lock the car and walk away; the DRLs use the low beam bulbs (at least in my Fusion). So it’s really mostly cosmetic.
