Anything I should know about it if I decide to go with it?
Get a hybrid system and battery health report and/or test first.

I got a health report on a hybrid Mitsubishi once. Damn thing had 2 different STDs, malaria, and preeclampsia.
I have a 2017 Hybrid Fusion Titanium and it’s had zero issues. The only repair I’ve had is a new TPMS sensor. Other than that, just basic maintenance.

Same.
The price seems alright for that year and mileage. The Hybrid and Energi models are more reliable so it shouldn’t give you any issues. Just do a thorough inspection and you should be good to go.
The hybrid is the only Fusion that is good . All the people on here 10 years ago wallowing about batteries going bad have long since had their engines replaced due to coolant intrusion or have back problems from their transmissions shifting hard all day.

Other than trunk space… amazing.

There’s a filter for the battery fan?
@Ty
I have a 2018 Fusion Hybrid. The hybrid battery is in the trunk. It has a fan that sucks air from the cabin below the rear windshield through the battery cells and voltage regulator. I didn’t know if there was a dust screen somewhere in the system that needs cleaning. Be nice to know the exact location.
@Ty
There is a fan to cool the drive battery. YouTube it; it’s straightforward to clean.

WOW! Thanks for sharing that. The things you learn on Reddit. Had my hybrid for years and have never heard of such a thing. Wonder why that’s not a service offered with oil changes. Do they do it automatically when you have your interval maintenance done at the dealership?

@Niko
I checked online; seems the Fords don’t have a filter, but the fan still can get dirty. Videos online don’t show it to be bad vs what I was expecting.
I just watched a video. It wasn’t horrible, but I think I will blow mine out just to be on the safe side. After all, if it doesn’t help anything, it shouldn’t hurt it either. Thanks for the heads up.
Should be great if they did the oil changes. Great car.
Looks like a pretty good deal. We love our Fusion Hybrid. I wish it was a little faster, but it’s fine.
The hybrid is arguably the most reliable second-gen Fusion (along with the 2.5). I would want to check the battery health, but they are good cars.
We have a '14 SE hybrid (bought new) and '19 SE hybrid (bought at 10k miles) - both have been great. The older one’s first repair was HVAC blend door recently at 115k. No other problems. Original brakes and still easily gets 40+ MPG.
For that same car at CarMax or the dealerships, it would be almost double that price, so I would say yes. I think the normal private market price is an average 12-13k for this car. And the transmission should be under Ford warranty till 8yr/100k miles, so I believe it’s a good deal. I would just make sure you check all around it before buying and make sure you know all warranties you still have on it when buying. Also, check Carfax. But yes, good price.
I had a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid, and I loved it. I had to get rid of it during COVID because they weren’t making the parts for the brakes. They were next to impossible to get because everything had shut down.
I recommend it.
