I Don’t Wanna Say How Much I Paid for This

Can’t be worse than my buddy; he bought a 2013 1.6 turbo with 160k miles on it for $8900 at a predatory interest rate of 29%, which puts the payoff right around $18k for an 11-year-old car.

29%… They gonna need to call this number: gif But holy sheets, like they paying way more on the principal right? …right? Call that number…

That’s only a LITTLE bit worse than mine.

God damn. I hope you remind him of this every time you see him.

I paid $18.5 for my 2018 Fusion S Hybrid with 18k miles.

Yeah, I’m paying around that much for this one with just over 100k lol. It’s a 2016 also :sweat_smile:.

Don’t feel bad; paid like $16.5k for a 2017 Hybrid Titanium w 100k miles. Still going strong at 160k miles and paid off though. I got my car after the pandemic when used car prices were insane, so it was a deal at the time, which is wild to think about. Most used hybrids were going for 20k at the time, no matter the miles.

I’m only just now realizing, 18 must have been the lucky number that day.

I traded a 16 SE AWD 2.0 with 117k a few months ago and got 7.5k at a dealership!

Can’t be worse than me. I rolled over an old loan into mine. I’m paying $600/mo for like 60ish months for a 2017 Sport. Got it with 60k miles. Has 80k now. Not my brightest decision, but just gotta roll with it now.

@Hollis
Predatory car loans and Ford Fusions seem like a common combination lol.

I still owe $8,800 on my 19 SE AWD 2.0 EcoBoost with 59k miles. Idk what I’d get for it if I sold it/bought it though.

Probably 15k.

@Hayes
You got a killer deal!

You’ll be thankful you got it tho. It’s quite a slick and comfortable ride. Just recommend NGK laser iridium spark plugs, a good engine air filter, running up to half a bottle of Seafoam in the oil for like 500 miles before an oil change to get all the prior gunk liquified and dropped out. Makes it shift real smooth.

I paid $18,995 for my 2018 Fusion Energi Platinum with 24,995 miles.

It’s almost empty S… so, really not so much I guess.

2013 SE for 7k with 136k miles.

I just recently got a 2019 Eco and SE for 8400. What are people saying the Eco is no good?

The 2.0 engine can cause coolant intrusion up to May of 2019 manufacturing date. I found this out after I bought mine for $15,000 a few months ago, 84,000 miles Titanium.
