It’s only coming from this wheel. All the other wheels are fine.

Brake fluid
It has a greasy feel and doesn’t smell like alcohol though

That’s definitely brake fluid
There’s a recall on the brake fluid hose if I’m not mistaken

I got it done during this summer. Could it be possible they messed up

Yeah human error. I would just take the tire off and look for a leak. I changed the brake line before the recall and I know it should be easy to see if you have a leak once that tire comes off
Since that is a 2013-2016 S or SE, I would check to see if the brake hose recall was done, and check your brake fluid level
I already got the recall done for the car brake hose
CV axle is blown, that’s grease from the boot
CV axle boot leaking
Could be brake fluid or tire shine. If your car was recently washed, it could also be a chemical that wasn’t fully cleaned off the wheels before driving

Unfortunately it was not detailed recently
If your brake pedal is firm and doesn’t fade to the floor while the vehicle is in park, then it is likely the front hub seal. If it feels greasy and has a bit of a sulfur smell, then your hub seal is bad and it’s slowly leaking lubricant. If it was brake fluid, it would smell more like alcohol
@Winter
It definitely feels more greasy and has no alcohol smell. It’s only this side of the wheel too. I’m hoping it’s only that

If it smells like sulfur, then it is the hub seal. Also, if you didn’t have the front brake hose replacement done yet, you should get it done soon. You can check the Ford recall website for any outstanding recalls under your VIN
Check CV boots and brake lines
Look at your strut. Could have blown the seal

Could a new seal be the answer or is it more complicated than that

If the strut is leaking, it has to be replaced. Pretty simple. My son’s car blew the seal when he hit a pothole, I noticed oil like this on his wheels
No alcohol smell. My bad, that looks like your hub seal is going out
